Sir Comet

One of my female bettas, almost fully grown. This little girl is named Comet. Her body scales are silver-white, her fins white with blue-grey or blue-black markings. Her dorsal is more than half black, and all of her fins have the dark markings. Her ventral fins even have some red in them, and there are some black markings on her sides. Her lower lip and gill lining match the fin markings. I *think* she might be a delta tail; the edges of her tailfin are straight, not curved

Comet is probably the sassiest female in my sorority right now. She's making a bid for boss female of the tank.

Edit: Comet is one sneaky little fin. It turns out that Comet here isn't a "she" at all. Despite pretending to be one for the last several months, Comet is, in fact, a male. He has been removed from the 10-gal and will be sharing the 5-gal with Rainbow pending the acquisition of a tank divider
